Essentia Health Northern Pines

Yanik provided Essentia Health Northern Pines (formerly White Community Hospital) with financing, design, and pre-construction consulting services for its renovation and expansion of the existing empty inpatient wing, unused exterior space, and the reformatting of the front entrance.  Upon completion, the project will create and expand the Critical Access Hospital’s provider clinic with the assistance and involvement of St. Mary’s Duluth Clinic (SMDC).
