As developer for Benedictine, Yanik researched 2 individual properties all of which were located near to the existing Mayo Hospital. This research resulted in a decision to expand its existing campus. As Owner Representative and Design Builder Yanik designed and constructed a new 2 story 45,000 square foot addition. They renovated the existing 64- bed skilled nursing facility’s main entrance and circulation corridors. This property now provides units for both post-acute transitional care and traditional skilled nursing care. An important goal for the project design and construction team was to incorporate a unique, and exceptional, hospitality look, and feel, into the interior design of the new building.
