Project Size: 82,000 square feet, 3 story, including underground parking, is 98 units with mix being memory care, assisted living, and independent living

Location: New Brighton, MN

On April 28, 2020 Yanik successfully received City of New Brighton approval for the rezoning and Planned Residential Development Land Use Application. The project will include remodeling of the existing building, demolition of an older portion of the current facility, and construction of 16 new SNF beds, 40 assisted living units, 56 independent living units and 24 memory care units. Design will begin for these 2 and 4 story projects in 2020. Construction anticipated to begin by mid-2021. Construction will take 18 months and will include new building improvements to address the building space and HVAC requirements resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
