Lakeview Clinic

Yanik worked with the Lakeview Clinic to determine the optimal reuse for their existing clinic building and the 2-acre site where it is located.  With their excellent location adjacent to the Ridgeview Medical Center, the clinic was determined to remain on their current site.  However, over 20 years of service expansion and a strong expansion of their physician complement required facility growth.  Yanik assisted the physicians and staff at Lakeview Clinic to meet their clinical and property development objectives with both new construction and major renovation of the existing building areas.

After exploring a range of options, the Lakeview Clinic physicians determined that they would add a new addition of 20,000 square feet, and renovate portions of the existing facility.  Initially, the renovation work was to include the entry and some operational areas.  As the project progressed, the renovation work was expanded to include over 80% of the existing building space.

Yanik’s work with Lakeview Clinic permitted continuous clinic operation without interruption of services during the 18 months of construction.  The work was completed on time and on budget.
