Lakeview Professional Building

Situated on a 3.2 acre lake front site on the southwest corner of Pioneer Trail and Highway 41 in Chaska, Minnesota, this NEW 54,500 square foot, 3-story professional office building began construction in March 2013, and was completed February 2014. Yanik is served as Design/Builder.

The nine-sided energy efficient, state-of-the-art building features an all brick and glass exterior with large windows to take advantage of the building’s height for 360° views of Chaska; a 3-story lobby with elevators serving the parking garage, second and third floors; efficient floor plan; direct access to an outside patio garden overlooking Lake Grace; unisex shower rooms for joggers, bikers and walkers; extensive landscaping; exterior monument sign along Pioneer Trail.

The south side of the building faces Lake Grace and will offer extraordinary views and natural sun light. The project includes an extension to the existing City of Chaska walking/biking pathway system.

Lakeview Clinic moved from its Waconia Clinic into its new building in early March 2014. Yanik has worked as Design/Builder on projects for Lakeview for over 12 years in Norwood Young America, Chaska, and Waconia, Minnesota.
