North Sunflower Medical Center

The North Sunflower Medical Center has expanded its Critical Access Hospital to improve on the healthcare services it provides to the residents of Ruleville, MS and the surrounding community.  The expansion includes a new 33,000 square foot inpatient and outpatient surgery center, a complete wellness center addition, and an enhanced main entrance featuring a new covered drive-thru patient drop-off canopy.

The surgery center addition includes Pre-Op and PACU, two new operating rooms, two minor procedure rooms, and other support areas needed to meet the expanding needs of the community and code requirements of the Mississippi Department of Health.

The wellness center addition includes a multi-purpose aerobics area, two workout areas, an indoor and a rooftop running track, two individual therapy rooms, and locker rooms for both male and female patients.
